Removed the wall between Kitchen Living room. |

|
Opened the area up and made it feel alot larger. We added a vent free gas stove and half wall. |
We did alot of major upgrades on this old house. We totally rewired and plumbed the whole house. There was no heat in
the house--they probably used plug-in electrical heaters. We installed the vent free natural gas stove. It is a high
efficiency low cost heat. Previously the only insulation in the walls were put in by the local rodents. Every
wall was stripped down to the studs and insulated. The attic was insulated with blown in loose-fill insulation. The house
was also made cable and telephone ready in the Living room and bedrooms. New appliances that were installed
include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water heater and garbage disposal. New double pane tilt out windows through
out the house.
