This is the first House we bought. It is a single family home set on an 1/8th of an acre in Muldrow Oklahoma. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and 700 square feet of total space. The house was built in 1955 and was being used as a rental property.

This was our second House. It started out as a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with about 1200 square feet. We added another bathroom in the mater bedroom and a new Utility room. This brought the square footage up to 1350. The house was on the market 3 days and we had 2 offers. Unfortunatly both offers fell through do to Indian loan flood plain rules. The whole east side of Sallisaw is considered a flood plain even though it has never flooded. Two days after the second deal fell through we received a good offer and accepted it. It is due to close escrow around the 20th of May.
